Renascence Equity Ventures  has entered into negotiations and contracts with various Mixed Use Hotel & Residential Retail development sites and existing properties to be acquired in the coming months that will include hotels, affordable housing, retail and entertainment venues.

Renascence Equity Ventures is in the process of completing its design phases for a major high rise in Manhattan, NYC. The development project will include a Hotel, Residential, Retail, Entertainment and Cultural Arts & Education Center to open in 2025 as part of the infrastructure and transportation revitalization plans in Manhattan.
